The October 2023 median price of $327,000 is 36.3 percent above its 2019 level ($240,000), and today’s average price of $403,556 is 35.3 percent higher than it was then ($298,158). Sales are 4.6 percent below where they were five years ago, in October 2018, when volume totaled 6,687. Back then, the median price was $235,000 and the average price was $294,572.
